EXPERIENCE
With over 20 years of combined experience, Alex and Jaclyn have coached thousands of clients across all fitness levels. Alex brings over 12 years in the industry, with a background in competitive training, high-level program development, and mentoring coaches to build purpose-driven careers. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and brings deep expertise in movement science, prenatal/postpartum fitness, and performance coaching. Together, they’ve built Ignit3’s training system alongside a team of elite coaches, delivering multi-modality programs that fuse strength, CrossFit, conditioning, endurance, mobility, and more.

To begin your journey, all you really need is a pair of dumbbells. Every daily workout can be performed using dumbbells, and we offer modifications for each exercise.
Typically, daily workouts will take around 30-60 minutes, depending on your chosen workout and any additional accessory exercises you decide to include.
Absolutely! Each program includes suggested warm-ups and optional daily strength or skill sessions to help enhance your performance.
